An invoice is any transaction submitted to PRAL/FBR through TaxConnect. Each unique invoice number counts toward your monthly limit. Credit notes, debit notes, and CNIC/C Note submissions also count.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If you exceed your plan limit, we'll notify you and you can upgrade immediately to avoid interruptions.
