Invoice reference and date
Your invoice number and the invoice date in DD/MM/YYYY format. Required on every line-item row.
Buyer information
Buyer name (required) and optional buyer NTN or CNIC, STRN, address, and province. Buyer NTN is optional; TaxConnect can autofill from prior mappings.
Seller defaults
Seller name and NTN are read from the active organisation. Seller STRN, address, and province default from organisation settings when blank.
Line-item details
Product or service description (required), quantity (required), HS code, unit of measure, tax values, and totals.
Tax and FBR sale type
Tax rate plus the exact FBR sale-type description (for example, Goods at standard rate (default)). Use the value shown in TaxConnect; do not enter single letters such as S, E, or Z.
SRO information
Optional SRO schedule number and item serial number where applicable.
TaxConnect accepts the file as CSV. Save your Excel workbook as.csvbefore uploading through Import from Excel.
